The Pure Maintenance Dry Fog process makes up for that by going to the mold spores wherever they have traveled and denaturing them on contact. In addition, the Pure Maintenance system uses only non-toxic products. For example, the InstaPure process uses a product that’s mainly hydrogen-peroxide and vinegar, making the process safe for all your precious household belongings including plants and electronics. Our ability to deliver this product into the home in a dry fog means nothing in the home gets wet and leaves no residue so that when we finish you are back in your home without any further cleanup.
